This got a good chuckle, it filled me with glee
Because it was so good so good, you see
You really did capture that Seussish flair
Poor poor Horton, you gave quite a scare!
I loved this a lot, I'll give it a fave
Now I must be off, there is more Seuss that I crave

I do so like the response for art.
Thank you thank you, You-Were-Snarked.

nice! the movie was great with the exception of two parts...the anime bit and the contemporary song at the end....what did either of those things have to do with Dr. Suess?

I was very put off by the anime part.
However, I enjoyed Can't Fight This Feeling. Probably because it was a fitting ending to the tone of the film itself, even though it had nothing to do with the context in which it was presented. Maybe I just wanted to her the characters sing?

yeah...I have no problem with the idea of a song at the end, but would have prefered something origional...perhaps a little more Dr. Suess..ish...could be due to having seen too many Shrek's

Oh man, so true. I'm so incredibly impressed with how you copied the Dr. Seuss style of books. It looks pretty much dead on to me. Nice job!

Wow, I almost thought you ripped official Suess artwork. Then I thought, "No way! AndrewK is too good for that!"
Awesome work. Horton's expression is perfect.

I wanted to see that movie so bad.
It actually looks better than the other two live-action movies. Dr. Seuss + Live action = Failure.
This picture made me giggle.

I been waiting for a good-quality animated Dr. Seuss film for years. This is the correct way to do it, I think. Also, I always though Carol Burnett should be the perfect Sour Kangaroo.

So funny. You nailed the suess style. I can still see a twang of AndrewK in there too.

Just be truly thankful it wasn't another live-action adapt. Can you imagine Jim Carrey strutting about in a massive elephant costume?
Oh, the horror...
That said and done, I love how well you've captured the Seuss style. 'tis Super!

Mrs. Seuss was angry over the use of 4-letter obscenities in "Cat in the Hat" (feature film) and withdrew permission to film such ,live-action.
Rubberface Jim Carrey's dead now.

I am puzzled. Mrs. Seuss, the widow of the writer, withdrew permission to film any live-action movies based on her late husband's stories, because in the Feature film "Cat in the Hat" they went out of their way to toss in every 4-letter vulgarity and obscenity they could. She was infuriated. So - just how does a CG film or an animated cartoon prevent that ?
