If you read the Fan Fiction you would understand better.

This is a really mediocre edit of kinda what Goly (the fusion of the two main character's of said fan fic, Gora and Broly) would look like as a SSj5.
Those 2 have a different version of SSj4 and 5 than the others. Notice the pupils in the green eyes and the (poorly done) hair going down his back. That's what makes their form different.
