Have you ever read something that just killed you inside? like everything was going fine ..then you came across something and your stomach just dropped. You re-read it over and over knowing you may never forget what you read and it hurt deeper then any kind of physical pain you had ever felt? I was bullying in the 9th class in Sweden. Even my ''friends'' turned away from me and I did not understand why. But the worse things just begans..I started to get message from strengers teenagers about I should go back to Poland, should not going to that school or I loocked werid. Over time I have learnt that if I receive 'hate' to just Block and 'Delete'... A lot of the time people like that are just looking for attention and if you give them that attention they will only do it more often and to more people. a big problem is that we don't realise just how much power our words have and the effect they can have on someone.. especially online.. our words have the power to save someone from suicidal thoughts, or put them there.
