Wow...this is some serious skill.
The shading, coloring, and lineart is all really great looking! My favorite part, however, is all those small details you included. The cute watermelon design on the hat, pokeball, and badge is endearing. The design for the ice cream float is also pretty cool looking (with the little waffle cone, ice cream, hot pink liquid at the bottom, etc.).
Of course, I couldn’t not mention the eyes! The gradient colors and added sparkles make it appealing to look at.
Also, nice clouds! I like how the background looks.
Overall, this looks really nice!
