Whats this? Another Hoopa?
Yeah another hoopa, and she's a good grandma since she's over 100 years old.
There isn't much of a bio for her, mostly that she is my buddy Icy's Hoopa oc Hoops's mom. She died once and now she's back, to make up for all that lost time with her son.
Orelia is a very sweet lady, who really cares for others and would put her life on the line just for them. She really loves cheering people up too, and forgiving those who she deems forgivable.
