InDesign lets you make layouts for final production, like a magazine spread or a poster. You use it kind of like Illustrator, but it only outputs in its own native format or in PDF. Basically this would be a final step in making something to be sent to print or whatnot.

Cool. I don't doubt what you have said, but what makes no sense is that Adobe don't include it in the Production Premium package that I bought, when surely it should be in there!

Yeah, it kinda is, its just a little strange that it comes with Photoshop Extended and Illustrator too but not InDesign, maybe its just me that it doesn't make sense to lol. Gotta love that I only paid £250 for the production premium package direct from Adobe though
