Shot taken last summer in Marseille. Lucky one i must admit: i was driving and noticed the nice light over the bay, i grabbed my camera while driving and wanted to take a shot of the ray of lights. I took the picture on a rush and i didn't noticed the jogger at first, i saw him appearing at the moment i pressed the shutter. After all, even me can have a bit of luck.Submitted long ago to Depthcore pack Habitat.

Overall, very cool.
Lucky to get the jogger into the frame, well positioned, and adds a nice focal point.
Wish there was a black border to help bring out the contrasts, rather than the white.
None the less, quite lovely.

thanks my friend, i think i know what you mean by the black border and to be honnest i hesitated beetween the twos but for some fascecious reasons i prefered the white one who gave a better magazine look (*blushes*)

Gorgeous Dimi. You definently captured this at the perfect moment. And this shows you that light peeks its way through even what looks like such a cloudy day. Beautiful view and wonderful exposure. You've been sharing wonderful photographs here.

it's like the jogger was meant to be there... i feel like there's some kind of miracle going on in the clouds and he either ignored it or just didnt notice it. i tried imagining it without the jogger and thought that it would look a bit too landscapey (but i have to admit the sky and the clouds really do look amazing). the addition of the jogger sort of gives it a little story. stuff happens for a reason i guess. great shot!

to be perfectly honest i was shooting in bursts mode so i actually had the shot without the jogger, when i look at it now i must admint you are perfectly right, the picture looks empty while all i wanted was to capture this holy feel in the clouds.
