Just get a sharp cutting tool (scissors, bowie knife, scalpel, Craftsman chainsaw, Eskrima bolo) and then cut a hole on the dress where your wings can fit, then patch it by stitching the wound you got for cutting yourself your victim to a car chair (or just glue them to it) the hole and covering it up with something to make it less noticeable.
Or just get another damn dress.
