In other words, the result of playing Sonic Adventure DX, hatching a lot of Chao, and naming one of them Pingas!And from what Sonic sees, he would say "That's NO GOOD," but I'm afraid he's a little too creeped out for words as to how that thing could have been created...

At first, I though that Eggman wanted a chao but couldn't bond with one (so no Eggman chao) so he made Omochao for himself. Then it got overly annoying, so he threw it out the window and it went off to annoy Sonic and his friends. 8P
