The pure white pegasus was forced to entire darkness, both physically and mentally. His beautiful feathered wings were turned to leather and his body stained an ominous charcoal. His entire facade was transformed without control.Finished commission for of their absolutely amazing characters Samael and Mazikeen!

Samael was just too cool, and I really wanted to do a two part series covering the first and last part of his history!

When I first saw this I was slightly confused... I was like, why is his mane and tail white etc? Aside from my immediate confusion, I was still blown away by the detail and beauty of it all. After inspecting the image for a moment longer I read the description and nearly cried. I couldn't believe you would do something so thoughtful and so utterly creative. I am truly blown away by you attention to detail on his history and you have truly brought the most monumental parts of his history to life. The fact you took the beginning of his transformation gave me chills! You capture the emotion and severity of it all perfectly!
I absolutely LOVE how Mazikeen is looking at him in the distance, as if they have yet to meet but there is something instant about their connection. It really ties everything together and I couldn't have thought of something so creative! Your talent is beyond comprehension and I cannot thank you enough for bringing my boy to life! You have captured far more than just a character, you truly brought him to life!
