Description So, i NEED to update my website (it's been 2 years...), so i started to draw this for the layout, but now that it's done I don't know if I like it for a layout...... I definately like this color palette though..... Oh well. So yeah. Drew this last night, and inked it. Today I scanned it in, cleaned up the inks, and then QUICKLY threw colors on it. So i know some of the coloring is wobbly. Sorry, but i didn't have time to make it perfect, because i'm supposed to be at montgomery hall (the animation building) animating right now...... AHHHHH, i'm a slacker. Anyways, it doesn't bother me, so I decided to post it like this.

Hah... the shading seems just fine. I don't think a few wobbles is going to ever hurt anything (except for large bridges, but now I'm getting on a tangent)

I guess you wouldn't mind a critique on anything else, though... right?

Well, I only have two nit-picks... and one is especially iffy. First, I guess you might want to deform the seat cushion more... I mean, that's a total nit-pick.

The other would be even more ambiguous and totally nit-picky: I think her left arm is ever so slightly misshapen. But dude... totally minor. I guess the tricep is bugging me. Then, when I compare her upper arm length to the forearm length, it gets odd. So I dunno... maybe just a pure matter of style, but I thought you were aiming at realism enough here that I could comment. Just take it with a grain of salt.

haha, i did this one ages ago. And yeah, the upper arm is too long, because i raised the shoulder a bit too much. thanks for the comments though! This is so old I barely ever look at it anymore. I just put it on the list because it fits the topic, and is what i originally titled it.

Wow, this is one of the first things I have seen that I like so much. I can tell by your gallery that you are very talented. This piece of work is so nicely stylized ( I style I enjoy very muc) And the monocrome soft yellow ochre is so damn pleasing. It's nuetral and warm. Very fitting color. It being so airy, it doesn't need contrast. It wouldn't be hard to turn this into a tight webpage design, with the dark yellow ochre for texts that look sloppy and a bit slapdash, and have them scattered about would be very nice. All in all, I am impressed.
