I second Avatar's question...
You need to work a little with your scenes... It may be comedy, but don't forget to add some more serious action to it. You need to work on your timing a bit. Other than that' it's pretty decent knowing you've never finished a comic before. C:
Good perspective on that second panel. Though you could add some movement lines to give it more life, cause it just looks kinda stiff...
Anyway, it's decent over all. Though you need to work on giving your angles more variety as well as how you plot out the scenes. My tip: Watch more action movies and look at comics. xD It helps me with coming up with action scenes.
