coloring suckz........badly....ill probably re color it someday.....my character from "Shadows in Daylight" by me, Meagan , kiara, shanna, and alexis

Okay lets start with a compliment sandwich.
The hair looks good and the idea is good. (i really like his eye)
Now where you went off.
I was looking at your wip and the shade you have there was good, but your light source is alllllll over the place, i normally just draw a sun and draw arrows where the sun hits (i such at it, but i thought i'd pass my technique on.) The overall shading/coloring is too sloppy, you're not particularly ready for the 'sloppy' look per se, you should focus on coloring in the lines and stay away from fast shading, take your time and dont go crazy with brush strokes. (I can see where the brown of his jackets go into other colors and areas.) Take your time and dont be afraid to spend a day or too on it. Also dont be afraid to look at some references for anatomy help. Next is the background (and oohman am i not a background expert..) But its too plain, needs like a bush or dirt path or something... XD
Now to end with a positive...
