my boyfriend had left me in starbucks for 6 hours yesterday so i was bored as hell... anyway while waiting for him i drew Sherlock Holmes from the BBC series Sherlock.
i have to admit ... this was a lot more detailed that i had originally planned but i suppose thats good. its quite funny watching the starbucks crew watch me with a cup of water and paintbrush in the middle of their shop. haha
anyway its alot different from what i normally do but i do love a change one in a while
Time taken: 4.5 hours?
Used: water coloured pencils and normal coloured pencil overlay

I envy that you get to spend a lot of time in starbucks! I never go to starbucks! Too busy! As in, there are too many people in Starbucks! In China, anyway. I never draw in public (aside from small doodles)!! I get really embarrassed! I think it's good that you have confidence, people KNOW that you like art and that you're good at it! I think most people don't even know I LIKE art. ;_; Do you bring your paint and sketchbooks with you EVERYWHERE?!

Drawing in public I've learned to not care about because I always have to wait for my parents until I go home so I normally stay in cares for hours on end after school (well when I was in Manila... It's just a habit thats carried on) so I don't really pay attention to anyone around me
