Nooooooo, No, that's just my awful magic effects. You know how hard it is to do swirlies in pencil? Besides, Dobby's a good guy. Only the bad guys smoke in movies.

Thank you! I'm a little more experienced with pencil now than I was when I drew this (pencil was kinda my project for the summer) so I can see a few things I could improve now, but it's still one of my favorites, I'm quite proud of it and I'm glad you like it.
