Kinda look like a GTA V character. Maybe for the backstory you can link him to your own character in GTA Online. A partner in crime maybe ? For the name I got Danila, Artyom, Hunter, Josh or Ike, but nothing else came to my mind right now.

IDK, It's clear he's some kind of criminal.... but first step is what kind of Criminal. Judging by the blood it's something violent, meaning he's used to getting into fights. He's a very serious person, by the face. So going off this, you have to work with how he got to be like this for a story.
As for a name, first step is to going into large. So Japaneses, German, Italian, English, or some type of name? Do you want it to mean something, like how my name means Pure, or not, something that just sounds cool? Complex name, or something simple?

He has to have a normal name, cause I want him to "start" as a normal person, who changes with time by some random events. Also it doesn't matter where his name come from^^

Okay so, names that I can think of for a guy would be Hunter, Erik, Josh, Tyler, Andrew, Miguel, Jonathan, Riley, Issac, David, Peter, Marc, Danny, Allan/Allen, Leif, something like all that XD
Back story has to do with how you want him to start out, with or without a family. Horrible tragedy or not. Issues with family, if any?
