I hate to be THAT person but I'm pretty certain the Ancient one has green eyes??
or at least the actor did and they didn't bother to change them XD
(that is the case with most films in the mcc, characters have the same eye colour as the actor, excluding characters like nebula of course XD)

and yeah the actress has green eyes, so I assume her eyes are also green??
