Diula reminds me of a Dungeons and Dragons character I had in college years ago. Actually somewhat of a cross between Diula and Latia. The character was a bard who played the mandolin and danced; was partial to colorful silk clothing (that artfully hid form-fitting armor); and was able to fight with two swords, long in her dominant left hand, short in her right. Dark hair, porcelain skin and pale eyes, one ice blue, one gray (kinda like me...go figure...). Love your artwork, so detailed and delicate.

Have you ever tried blurring your backgrounds?Β It makes a great 3D effect.Β If you did a heavy gaussian blur on the temple and monks, it would make her pop out more.
