One is prone to learn from mistakes in reality. I personally like the colour tone you have selected, nevertheless, I would make the character's facial expression look more realistic, in a sense. Shading is another very important feature which should be defined from your very light source. I would concentrate and experiment on these two important concepts, facial expressions and shading.
