Your photo βSociety: Split Personalityβ is magnificent in its simplicity. It introduces discomfort into the viewer, and those viewing the man in person, by showing them the issues within society and a reminder of the carelessness of capitalism.
This image shows the hardships the homeless mans generation had to deal with, a generation of a specific historical and cultural group that had to work for everything and was left with minimal luxuries. These hardships are conveyed through the mans blank and droopy facial expression
The advertisement behind the man is directed towards several social groups within one generation, a generation that has luxuries, a generation that has everything handed to them on a silver plater.
The juxtaposition of the two generations, making the ad appear as a joke when compared to the issues within humanity.
The sign held by the homeless man with an almost silent message that is almost impossible to read. The contrast of the old man and his sign, are colourless and dull. Compared to the vibrant and loud advertisement, this mutes out the cries for help from the manβs.
This discomfort presented by this image makes the viewers think about their own individual, social and cultural contexts, possibly altering their own βways of livingβ and their view on society.

Its hard to even say anything about it.
I live in atlanta and I see homeless everywhere and I wish I could help everyone but I cant. I just wish to make people aware of this.

This is a very bizarre and strange photo. It's sad to see this Homeless guy but the shot is just freakin' amazing. It shows something like a clash of poverty and the rich.

This provides wonderful contrasting colors as well as contrast between classes. It was on one of my friend's favorites and i had to look at it. I'm glad i did cuz it's both wonderful and very, very sad.
