I love sparkling stars , wish i could blow stars in rainbow colors with my breath, the sky would sparkle like a diamond

I worked alot on the eyes and face i love how it turned!
So sparkly i really hope you can see the effect that i wanted to create, like she is blowing sparkly stardust.

Beautiful work Nella. Have you thought about lightening her eyebrows a little bit, or did you keep them that dark on purpose? Just wondering because with such bright hair I think they look really dark. And yes the sparkly effect is lovely!

Well i made them even darker, i tried to make them lighter but i dont like how soft and cute she looks like that, i think with the dark eyebrows are her eyes stronger and less cute

i use tablet and ps cs3
The tools i used for this are quick mask, blur dodge and a great sparkle brush i made myself
