Here's my interpretation of what Spring Bonnie looked like in my own interpretation of the FNaF restaurant timeline.

1979 was when the first Fazbear Entertainment location was built (Fredbear's Family Diner). It was a very small diner with a large dining area, and a small stage where two animatronic performers stood. Spring Bonnie is one of those performers, and was a backup singer with Fredbear. This is the very first version of Spring Bonnie, and its animatronics were in an infantile state and has very limited movement. Spring Bonnie and Fredbear both performed at the diner until 1981, where the establishment was shut down due to lack of funding.

This version of Spring Bonnie is obviously an unwithered version of Scraptrap. I like to consider Scraptrap an older model of Spring Bonnie, which is why he and Springtrap have such different designs despite being the same character.
