EDIT: Fixed some mistakes and changed color of bg to this more calm navy blue. It should be easier to read now.
A tutorial how to do a water splashes in my way. They're not super realistic but maybe you'd agree that they are just pretty ;3 I hope that rest of this the tutorial is all self explanatory
If you find any misprints or grammatical errors please let me know - I'd wish to fix them!

this concept works really well with water falls thath ave water splashing from hitting rocks :3 you just don't do the last 2 steps.

it needs time for the round waves to develop. They will be created after the splash.

you may be right, I did not thought about that in this way! But I think that when horse is splashing water he is doing it for some time, so there may be some small waves around
