EDIT: Fixed some mistakes and changed color of bg to this more calm navy blue. It should be easier to read now.
A tutorial how to do a water splashes in my way. They're not super realistic but maybe you'd agree that they are just pretty ;3 I hope that rest of this the tutorial is all self explanatory
If you find any misprints or grammatical errors please let me know - I'd wish to fix them!

these steps on the left should be easy to do with mouse. In smaller view it give not so bad effect 
Only this 'filling in' may be troublesome without pressure sensitivity. But I saw what you're able to create with just a mouse so you should manage to do it
