Silver discovered the faster way to have multiple layers of muscles without training everyday. Why does he have to train himself anyway, if he had time, he'd rather used it to train his Pokemon. And Lance was muscular enough for both of them

lol not really. Lance couldn't image a muscular Silver whatsoever. And Silver had had enough of Lance teasing how thin he was, so he went to a photo studio to have people photoshopped him into a big muscular guy.
