Silver needs his revenge! Would you consider having silver use a gigglypuff to take down one of lance's dragons?
if you've seen the spoilers for x and y then you know that the new type is fairy type and it's super effective against dragon types and jigglypuff is a fairy type now.

I think you were just joking around, so I wouldn't take it serious. Adding a Fairy Pokemon would not make Silver stronger. Silver had a Sneasel, which was Ice type and had 4x effective against most of Lance's dragon. He also had Magneton, which was Steel type, and Steel type was also strong against Dragon type.
I don't understand the whole thing about 'I'm excited about Fairy type because it's supper effective against Dragon type'. Did people already forget about Ice type?
