For a while now I've been extremely burnt out so I decided to take a break from my various art obligations to do something for myself; something I've been wanting to try for a while now in fact! I've been really inspired by the art of Vast Error and Tangled the Series and I wanted to mess around with lineless flat color illustrations. It's also always nice to go back to my ocs since I've been doing so much fanart for the past like,, half a year or so! *checks calendar* wait IT'S BEEN NEARLY A FULL YEAR???? It does look really nice lineless! and I agree that Tangled is a big inspiration art-wise, very pleasant to look at.
You definitely use colour and light well enough for this way of drawing to look good, I like the warm gradients.
And I don't think I've mentioned this to you before, but I love Zayne's hair shapes, they have a great flow to them = ]
