after one full year of nebulruffs im now releasing another official nebulruffs MYO event! For this year we are celebrating the new sub-species, Phoelines!

Phoelines are pronounced as felines, phoe comes from phoenix and lines come from felines!

phoelines are a little bit more strict than nebulruffs rule-set so be sure to read everything carefully!

For this event, you will be drawing nebulruffs throughout this year! celebrating all the new things that happened, nebulruffs meeting phoelines, anything of that such!

if youd prefer to be a little more festive you can also draw nebulruffs celebrating winter / winter holidays (christmas, Hanukah) for the theme of december!

all submissions will receive star tokens and your nebulruffs you draw will achieve the 1 year anniversary achievement! (not drawn out yet but will be, check the discord for updates)
