What is the prologue about???
Roots Prologue: Amaranth is about the dreaded chest of Amaranth that must be relocated yet again. Tomah, Akito and three others accept the job, but they soon realize it’s more than they bargained for.

What is Roots about (the series)?
Roots is about three Uninvited wolves (Akito, Tomah, Menokita) that get dragged into a twister of chaos when Aktio’s mentor takes revenge on normal wolves.

What is the Uninvited Curse?
In the world of Roots, the Uninvited Curse is like a defect in some wolves. When a wolf has this Curse, he/she is able to transform into another animal like a deer, bear, fish, etc. Normal wolves look down on Uninvited and view them as ‘tainted’. But the Uninviteds have grown so much in number that they’ve formed their own community. How Uninviteds came to be is a looooong history that I’ll explain some other time XD
