It's about time I tackled the most flashy and fabulous bot around. The inspiration for this should be obvious to any true Megaman fan.
When not ineffectively slowing the progress of the blue bomber his underlings are always willing to assist with his pastimes.

That's funny, I thought it said on Flash Man's database profile that he didn't like wig commercials. Oh well, that doesn't change how funny and utterly adorkable this piece is. That blue wig he's brushing right about makes me think of Rock's hair (due to palette limitations in a few games), is that bad? Or was that intended?

It is very true he is listed as hating commercials for wigs and hair products, stopping time is probably quite useful for hiding your 'hobbies' from prying eyes.
Who can say, but I suppose it's not unreasonable to speculate Flash styles his wigs after people he admires

The only Robot's to be canonically confirmed with hair under their helmets are Rock and Blues, which I assume is because they were built to also act as human like assistants before converted to battle robots.
