It's about time I tackled the most flashy and fabulous bot around. The inspiration for this should be obvious to any true Megaman fan.
When not ineffectively slowing the progress of the blue bomber his underlings are always willing to assist with his pastimes.

So saw TWO GAMES with Flashman in it, and neither of them made me think of that ''joke''.
