This is Queen Elsa again, from Disney's upcoming Frozen again, just using her awesome icy and snowy powers to RULE THE GALAXY, I mean, RULE THE KINGDOM, I mean... to be alone.I want to see this movie if only to see how she creates her ice palace, that's going to be amazing

I love Elsa's bodice. It looks as if its made of fireflies! The magical swirls are amazing as well!!!

IMO, the colors are nice. They're darker than what Elsa usually wears, but I take it that you're going for a different mood. That's okay.
But the face is way too harsh. I don't meant the expression -- it's fine that it's an angry expression. But you've made the face narrow and hag-like, with a jutting chin and sunken cheeks. Also, Elsa has much larger eyes in both the CG art and the 2D art.
I think a similar effect could be achieved with an angry, fierce look, but retaining more of Elsa's youth and rounder facial features, achieving the emotion through facial expression, not through actually changing the face/bone structure so much.
Just my opinion.

Haces virguerías con las texturas, los colores y los brillos en la parte esa del manto de hielo que sale en primer plano (bueno, y en el esto también). ¿El polvo de nieve lo has hecho con un simple pincel? Brujería, oiga.

Tiene un montón de movimiento y es super expresiva.
