To be honest with you, i haven't finished the Blame! series myself, although from what I've read so far, it's worth checking out. The artwork has the same monochrome palette as your drawing, with a lot of emphasis on the contrasting white and black tones.

The manga is pretty minimalistic in its presentation, with not much in the way of dialogue. Blame! is more focused in creating a tangible atmosphere that's often quite eerie, which is often accompanied by feelings of complete isolation in a foreign, mechanized world. It's definitely unique. Sorry I kinda got carried away with describing it haha. I'm just amazed at the aesthetic similarities.
