Someone asked me in a chat how to animate, and I failed to explain my idea of keyframes and tween frames in just words. So here is a visual tutorial of a female character (taken from something I'm working on right now, which is why it is at an odd angle).The tutorial is specified for flash, but I hope it explains the basic principles animating, weather you use eztoon or draw by hand.
If you find spelling errors blame the Internet.

I wouldn't recommend animating every single frame in 24fps, you'd have to be insane.

As a person who has a major in 2D animation I have a good idea what you're getting at, 24 frames a second doesn't mean 24 drawings for one second of screen time
