Crenshaw should've been the monster studied by Doc and his students, not the Boggy Creek creature. There's so much the world can learn from a stout good-ole-boy who wears a broccoli rubberband on his head and lives in a rundown cabin on the river.

Yeah, he had quite the southern drawl.... Although it does kind of amuse me how the IRS is refered to simply as 'Revenue' and is singled out as being intollerable. In this movie, and in 'Riding with Death!'

Actually, I've been informed that the stereotypical hillbilly's hatred of the "revenuers" is supposed to imply that they're moonshiners. Though that's easily the tames thing you can imagine going on in Crenshaw's cabin.

Well, since he's a backwards hick and Doc is an Enlightened University Professor, I think we're supposed to hate Crenshaw because he doesn't pay his taxes.
