Yes, its the Selling Wizard preparing to duel with the Grocery Store Witch! Because this supermarket clearly isn't big enough for the both of them....

....The Selling Wizard (on the left) is from the short film of the same name, which was shown as part of the Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode 'The Dead Talk Back.' Naturally, that would make the other lady the Grocery Store Witch, who comes from a short called 'Magical Disappearing Money', which was shown as a prelude to the RiffTrax Live eddition of 'House on Haunted Hill.' (a DVD which I highly recomend getting) Given that the two ladies share the same setting--in thier own world, as well as in how people know of them--yet have such radically different purposes, I figured that the two of them should meet, and inevidably fight.
