Sifão (brazilian for "siphon") - A young orphan of 17 years, who was delivered to the authorities by the orphanage who feared his powers, now leads a squad meta-humans in the service of the government of Brazil. He possesses the ability to suck any energy and use it in numerous ways, such as flight, super strength, lightning and more. A quiet honest young man who is undecided about his role as an officer in the military. He is, however, bothered by the cruelties and corruption within the government. He's a fuse ready to explode against his superiors.
