This is actually 4 scenes mashed into one, so transitions are a bit strange and movements had to be mixed strangely to make it look right. Camera setup is far from what is being used in final. Hell, since this was rendered, the scene was refined quite a bit more.

Considering the lenght of this story, making it a movie without taking off major parts of the plot would be impossible. I believe it would be preferable to make it a TV series.
Now, let's say a team of bronies obtained Hasbro's approval to make it a TV series and were paid while doing so, this project would be realistic. However, we both know Hasbro's approval doesn't exist and that you can't find a team who could animate 10+ hours of post-apocalyptic Equestria on their off time during the upcoming year and put quality into it.

Lipsyncing was around 3 very boring hours for this. It is the part of animating I like the least lol. Too much of a perfectionist to settle on half-assing it.

Despite MMD ponies being nightmare fuel (Personal opinion), this is quite good. I found myself staring at it for awhile c:

MikuMikuDance(MMD). It's a 3D program in which you can take ripped 3D models, or make your own 3D models and animate your own music videos or videos.

I am guessing Miku Miku Dance, which is one of the many animating softwares that people generally categorize anything 3D into.

it's easy to distinguish. Plus MMD can't handle too much in the quality department as proven by some models I have seen.

Are the mouth movements in this gif faster or equal speed to what the final would look like, because I would imagine those to be a bitch to properly do... but that's just me. I've never seen you do mouth movements on stream, and if you did, I probably missed it.
