For the PowerPuff Girls "Erin's Total Magical Adventure" episode, the contestants were given costumes with powers in them (a little Spongebob episode, Mermaid and Barnacle Boy V, reference and joke) in order to capture selected bad guys for the PowerPuff Girls as part of the challenge.

Selene's superhero power from her costume is construct creation/attack construct like Radiance from Power Ponies. Her identity is Sparking Fortune.

She wears a pink turtleneck sheath dress with long sleeves over a white tank-top with icy blue straps and line on the bottom, a sapphire bracelet attached ring which let's her create attack construct, and white boots with sapphire belts.

Her hairstyle's based on Sailor Venus' hair and Blythe's hair.
