Attempted background WHAT?!
Well, I don't think it really counts as a background, since it's just different shades of blue o3o but whatever!
When I started this it was supposed to be Arkan, wearing a mask, but the wings got the better of me as always so I turned it into a sea dragon - to avoid the wing problem.
The markings are based off of a Mandarin fish - because I wanted something colourful
I'm actually really proud of this, so I'd appreciate comments, but not necessarily crits XD
