Commissioned byThe alternate universe of Issei, which is SURPRISINGLY not perverted, and a fully gentleman like Kiba.
Basically his personality are the original Kiba and Rias combine with each other.
In this universe Issei is both Student council and leader of the occult club, which makes him a very popular around both the woman and man students. (Although he kinda hated by Sona due to taking the student council spot XD)
Unlike the original who use the boosted gear power, in here, he is capable to using many powerful magic to fend of his enemies.
Feels kinda weird while also refreshing when drawing such a different Issei that we used to know lol XD
Also been awhile that i draw a male characters too XD

He's not a Devil, he and his family are magicians. He's SCP and Occult President because he's more driven and dedicated than his canon self.

Issei's Club is his personal investigation team since his family is charged with protecting Kuoh from supernatural creatures. Also it's named the Occult Phenomenon and Paranormal Activity Investigation Club. (O.P.P.A.I. Club, Get it? XD)

Even when not a perv his club must be related to the great OPPAI some way. Sooooo what kind of magic does he use, maybe a bastardised version of Sirzechs power of destruction?

As the image shows, he uses a combination of Western and Eastern magic taught by his father and mother, respectively. He mainly uses Fire-related magic with flames that are hot enough to burn like the PoD, summon and command dragons and dragon-related creatures like Wyverns, Cocatrices and Basilisks and perform exorcisms.

Yep, in this verse the Devils are nowhere near as mighty and go off in hiding in the human world. The Sitris live in a cramped apartment together.
Considering a size increase for Koneko. In canon, she eats nothing else but sweets and she refuses to train her cat spirit powers. But in this timeline, she and Kuroka live with Issei so she gets the proper diet and training.
