Once a Decepticon doctor, but he quickly turned on his patients. Instead of having him dismantled, Megatron, seeing a sliver of utility, reassigned him to interrogations and sent him to the distant Intel outpost. Seeing how the war was going, he sided with Warhead and abandoned his post. He has been restless those Megacycles in waiting. He hopes for new victims, and when he gets a new one he's going to take his time to enjoy it.
