Appearance: She is seen wearing a backless coatlike robe with puffy short sleeves, skintight white leggings, and her original outfit's footwear. She still retains her original outfit's long sleeves, red gloves with fingerless gloves over them, red corset, which is seen over her red sash, her signature "rabbit ears" on top of her head, and spikes that are seen at the sides of her puffy short sleeves. She also has long pink hair that is tied into a high ponytail with a red bow, however, the tips of her hair, with the exception of her ever-present ahoge, are silver.

Grab (Front): Elphelt slaps her opponent hard to force him/her to spin around, then hits him/her away with her signature bouquet that the Valentine Shifter transformed into.
Grab (Back): Elphelt jumps up to her enemy's back, and tries to do a jumping stomp from above, but fails and ends up slamming the enemy down with a hip drop.
Killer Weapon (Ground): If Elphelt's attack connects, then her Valentine Shifter turns into a blade, in which she slashes her opponent high into the air.

Double-Team Taunt: Elphelt bows, as if to apologize to her captive, before smacking her and her partner's victim around.

Mutant Finisher: Elphelt jumps up onto the dazed Mutant's shoulders, brings out and pulls the pin of one of her strawberry-shaped grenades, drops it into the Mutant's mouth, and jumps away from it while looking away and covering her ears as after a few seconds, the monster's upper body explodes behind her, leaving only its lower torso to fall backwards.
