Took a break from drawing Cain to sketch his "Demon Form"

It has a lot in common with my previous version, but I was unhappy with it and I feel like this one is turning out better, better then any of the past ones so far. I have my fingers crossed, but not while drawing this as it would be impossible to get anything done.

As with the previous design I removed his wings, lately i've taken the whole concept out. I love the LOOK of the wings, but thinking about it practically and considering certain events that take place in my story they just don't fit, they would just get in the way.
I've been drawing Cain with wings for 8 YEARS, seems like the end of an era.
He still flies of course, but without wings.

Also, they help him to look less like Ulquiorra.. but not much. I've given up caring, he may look like Ulquiorra but this is how I want him to look, how I see him in my head.

Some of you may have noticed that lately i've been drawing his Demon form with the third eye on his forehead!! This eye represents his connection to the Zero Point Field, the dimension of infinite knowledge.. of course Cain doesn't have infinite knowledge, but he has a greater access to it then most which makes him very smart. But that's not all it does: When Cain is in his normal "Human" form he is able to summon forth the third eye by holding a hand sign with one hand. When he does he can use it to create a red sphere-like shield around any innocent bystanders in the area to protect them from any harm. This impenetrable shield only lasts as long as Cain makes the sign (which can be very difficult if hes in the middle of fighting an opponent) and the more shields needed for individuals the more energy it consumes.

When not using the third eye instead there is a small round scar on Cain's forehead where he was shot and killed as a human, this tiny scar is actually a weak point but nobody knows that and even if they did it would be pretty dang hard to hit.
