Just need to figure in chemically,
how to naturally break down the
water into it's separate parts, so
it stays oxygenated - and the
hydrogen gets absorbed into the
water, so the fish stays alive for
the duration of your travels!

I'm not positive, but I believe some combination of Nitro/HydroCarbons in miniscule amounts might cause as similar reaction - but I'd have to do some research on it!
At best, you'd probably need to detoxify your amphibious friend at the end of your journey!
