This is such an awesome character design! I love her hair! I also love her outfit and, naturally, her saber.

I like teh concept.
it isn't often you see a pirate with a whole arm missing. usually people go for the stereotype and give tehm just a hand missing.
it is a good drawing, it has real charm.
i have one issue with it though.
the loin cloth thing makes her left leg look as though it isn't there.
I would say this is because of teh stripes.
I look at them and I have shudders... I would probably not do much better to be honest.
I know that they need to be somehow curved forwards... but I think it's very hard thing to do.
oh.. one more thing. her right shoe looks strange being completely side on.
our eye level is about level with her boobs. (sounds about right... ahem)
so her foot would be seen from above. not from the side. unless she tripped earlier on and desperately needs a plaster cast.
errmm. yeah, but as i said, I like it.

Interesting to see a one-armed girl -- i've always been fascinated with such designs for a while now, Baiken (Guilty Gear), Kukaku Shiba (Bleach) and Bazett (Fate/Stay Night)

I'm really happy with her hair also, I must say. On her missing arm, I wanted to do something more extreme than just a missing hand. She really got tore apart in a battle.
