Well just keep your eyes open. When it happens just don't panic. I base the requests on... Not sure what the term is but basically it's not first come first serve.

You would have to suggest an idea when I open them. Plus it can't be something as simple as the character... Well it can actually but you'd still have to have me do something with that character.
Also you cannot simply request into the OC x OC. I approached everyone of the OC owners individually about using their characters and usually after I had done something with that character in a request.
