Once you rejoin the group, you are surrounded by Pirates, along with your rival Zuko! He tries to convince you to stand out of the way so he can take Aang, explaining the importance of the Firelord's work. After a battalion battle against Zuko and the Pirates, Aang pulls out a new item, a Bison Whistle, which calls Appa to you all. Thanks to Aang and Appa, you make a hasty escape.
Following some clues Aang heard at the pier, he heads towards the red forest, meeting some rebels and reaching a dead end. The search leads to the Great divide, a canyon with new pokemon and two tribes of trainers to fight. After all that, you arrive at the Abbey, where you meet some folks with another hint to where the hidden Fire-type gym leader could be.
Before you can leave, Zuko catches up again, bringing with him a powerful trainer and his uncle to help, and he once again attempts to stop you. The battle ends with both of them defeated and You heading towards where you believe the next Gym will be.

Decided to continue the Avatar region again since so many people wanted me too, i'll be alternating between these two projects. I'm going to start telll the story more condensed now because it's taking to much time to move on in this project and get to the pokemon, trainer designs, which is for me what I look forward to most.

Just to clarify a few things
-NO ONE can bend in this world, not even the avatar. “Bending” is represented by the pokemon types that are exclusive to each nations land.
Ex: the fire nation islands only have fire, lightning, poison and dragon on their land so thats what they based their name and culture on.
Earth kingdom- rock, ground, fight and steel
Water tribes- Water, ice, grass and dark
Air nomads-Flying, psychic, fairy and spirit
normal, ghost and bug can be found in any nation
Yes there will be duel types that incorporate other nation types but the majority will stick to these rules.

-Not all characters and locations will be used in the story. My rule was to use locations that either:
A. Had introduced a new hybrid creature in the show
B. Had a character who would make a good gym leader
C. Was a big enough area to allow grass patches and wild encounters.
D. Only locations the Gaang visited and not Zuko or anyone else.
So if i skip places in the show or characters that is why.

-The plot will have differences to the show due to not only being pokemon but being toned down and “simple” like a pokemon game, so don’t expect it to be too deep due to how i’m trying to imitate how pokemon game stories are.
