This is the first colored pencil/drawing that ive done in a few years. I did this piece as a practice run through to get myself back into the swing of drawing using color, pencils, etc. This is a free flowing piece as you can see

gosh i love this so much i can't stop looking at it! i want to print one out and enlarge it so i can trace it to see if i can get the shading done as well as you did. you are incredibly skilled. it's soooooo beautiful and vivid.

Sure. It's open to interpretation. If you say it's a fish, its a fish - and all sorts of other things

which you realize can give it some pretty limited limitations
and I don't like fish
it's just that the tails are so obvious.. but you can look at a cloud and think it's a whale.. what are those things supposed to be in the first place?

To be honest I never even thought of fish until you mentioned it, now that I look at it they do look like tails! They aren't supposed to be anything, I was just free style drawing. The only things that are actuall attempted objects are the 5 senses & the 5 eyes

This is gorgeous! I love the surreal feel of the piece, and the vivid colours accentuate the vibrant images.
