Description
Been on that live action + animation mix buzz again lately. I've gone ahead and re-drawn over this screencap and to the best of my ability, mimic the art style of the film's animation portion in order to showcase this concept. Will possibly do the same for other scenes later... maybe.

Woulda really fit with the return to “Disney’s glory days” vibe of the movie akin to the famous chalk scene from Mary Poppins and of course, Roger Rabbit. Of course, this ends up entailing some minor story changes. As for “how would the live action characters react to this???” I’d have that the real life characters just give them odd glances and can’t really pinpoint what’s off about the toons and just go with the typical joke, “This is New York, I seen weirder things”. Maybe the longer they stay, the more they become human? Or maybe some deux ex machine magic Cinderella style to whatever by the end. As for the clothing Giselle makes outta the curtains and so on, other than her wedding gown she arrives in (as you can see above), would be in ‘live action’: a cartoon character wearing real clothing.

Again, was just a fun idea to ponder.
